Volunteers for an Evidence-based Medicine Programme

Are you a medical/biomedical student interested in Evidence-based Medicine (EBM)?

Evaluating Evidence in Medicine (EEiM) is a 3-year collaborative project about evidence in medicine. EBM+ is a consortium whose members are keen to improve health by evaluating mechanisms for clinical decisions.

EBM+ has set out a task to engage with AS & A level students to use evidence in health care decisions. The volunteers will be (bio)medical UCL students with an interest in evidence in medicine. You’ll be enthusiastic, organised and have very good communication skills.

If you are willing to engage for c2-3 hours/week to receive a valuable training and present your knowledge to groups of AS & A level students, then we would love to hear from you.

Location: UCL Department of Science and Technology Studies (STS), 22 Gordon Square, London, WC1E 6BT

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours a week for at least 6 months
